The Happiest Countries in the World
17. USA 11. Sweden 10. Netherlands 9. Mexico 8. Finland 7. Australia 6. Iceland 5. Austria 4. Denmark 3. Canada 2. Norway 1. Switzerland
What astonished me most about the list is that Mexico is number 9! When I think of Mexico I think of poverty, poor health conditions, high crime, wide corruption at all levels, and drug cartel killings. I guess this shows that you don’t need money or things to be happy. However, for me, moving to Canada or Australia are the only options if not staying with number 17. I’m too old to learn another language or give up my health care system. http://www.oecdbetterlifeindex.org/
